What it is
A domed infrared experience combined with PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) technology. You lie reclined beneath the dome in enveloping, gentle heat while low-frequency electromagnetic pulses run beneath you.
This is not the regular Infrared Sauna service. It is a distinct experience with its own equipment and setup, booked separately from the sauna cabin. If you are looking for the seated, cabin-style session, that is Infrared Sauna.
The Session
What the session is like.

Choose your comfort settings
Heat level and PEMF intensity are set with you before you begin, and can be adjusted at any point.

Thirty minutes in the dome
Reclined, fully supported, nothing asked of you. Water is provided and we will remind you to use it.

Reorient
A few quiet minutes to come back up to room temperature before you head out.
