Infrared Sauna

Deep, dry heat at a temperature you can stay in.

Full-spectrum infrared warms the body directly rather than heating the air around it, so sessions are longer, gentler and easier to tolerate than a traditional sauna.

What it is

A traditional sauna heats the room and the room heats you. Infrared skips the middle step and warms tissue directly, which means a session at a far more comfortable air temperature still raises your core temperature meaningfully.

The practical difference is tolerance. Most people cannot sit in a 190 degree room for half an hour. They can sit in ours, and the steadier, more comfortable exposure is what makes the session feel restorative rather than endured.

The Session

What the session is like.

  1. Your cabin, your settings

Chromotherapy lighting and a temperature you can adjust. Bring headphones or take the silence. The cabin is yours for the session — on your own, or with the guests you booked in with.

  2. Thirty minutes

Long enough for a real thermal load, short enough to fit into a lunch break. Water is provided and we will remind you to use it.

  3. Cool down

A quiet space to sit afterwards so you are not walking straight from heat into traffic.

  4. Or bring someone

The sauna seats up to four, so it can be booked Together with guests you have chosen to come in with. We never put strangers in a cabin together.
