Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At The Reset Studio, your appointment time and space are reserved specifically for you. Because our experiences are scheduled in dedicated spaces with limited availability, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if your plans change.
Standard Appointments
- 24+ hours before your appointment — You may cancel or reschedule without penalty.
- 12–24 hours before your appointment — A late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged.
- Less than 12 hours before your appointment — A late cancellation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged.
No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Membership & Prepaid Service Credits
Appointments booked using an included membership service credit or a prepaid service credit are also subject to our cancellation policy.
- 24+ hours’ notice — Your service credit will be returned to your account.
- 12–24 hours’ notice — Your service credit will be returned to your account, and a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the regular service price will apply.
- Less than 12 hours’ notice or a no-show — Your service credit will be forfeited and considered used. No additional cancellation fee will be charged.
Late Arrivals
We encourage guests to arrive on time so they can enjoy their full experience. Arriving late may result in a shortened session in order to avoid delaying the next guest. The full scheduled service price or service credit will still apply.
Exceptions. We understand that unexpected circumstances and emergencies happen. Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at The Reset Studio’s discretion.
By booking an appointment with The Reset Studio, guests acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy.

Twenty-four hours of notice is all we ask. If something comes up inside that window, call the studio — we would rather talk to you than charge you.
