What it is
Electrical stimulation delivers a controlled current through pads on the skin. Depending on the settings it can interrupt pain signalling or drive gentle muscle contraction to break a spasm cycle.
It is most often used as a supporting service in the same visit as an adjustment or decompression, calming an area down enough that the primary treatment holds better.
